One of a kind handmade chef's knife.
This Paring knife is made with Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai and 5600 years old Bog Oak.
Steel:
I forged this 3.5 mm Takefu Super Blue stainless-clad San Mai with a hand-textured finish. The convex grind enhances food release and cutting performance. Both steels have been given a forced patina to start the aging process and help you develop your own unique patina over time.
This handmade paring knife is a compact, precise little workhorse, built for everyday detail work. The cutting part measures around 4 inches, offering pinpoint control and an easy, natural feel in the hand. The traditional hidden-tang handle creates a slim, comfortable pinch grip while maintaining exceptional strength. Light and nimble, the knife still carries enough thickness behind the heel, giving it the stability and confidence needed for peeling, trimming, and other close, careful tasks.
