The appearance of the knife is beautiful - I love the unusual finish and the profile is right in the sweet spot for my cutting style.  The geometry is spot on - sharp enough to slip through veg, no wedging and excellent food release.  It's surprisingly light for its size and although it's slightly blade heavy that works well for my push cutting and isn't really noticeable in use anyway due to the lightness of the blade.I can tell that this is going to become a firm favourite.
