The knife is very light and nimble, the profile and geometry make it a very good pairing knife. This is the highest quality stainless damascus available, it will be low maintenance with extremely good performance.

I really like the contrast of the very high tech organised pattern of the steel and the chaotic nature of the natural wood burl.
