One of a kind handmade chef's knife.
This 8″ knife is made with Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai and a beautiful 5600 years old Bog oak . The knife was designed to be a very good chopper/slicer but also has very good rocking action. The S grind will stop most food sticking to the blade due to its height.
Steel: 3.5 mm Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai. S grind for better food release. There is a forced patina on both type of steel for this knife which will help you build your own as you use the knife. please follow the maintenance instructions
Handle: Japanese style construction. Stabilised 5600 years old bog oak with smile plastics and brass insert.
