One of a kind handmade chef's knife.
This 6″ knife is made with Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai and a beautiful Natural Lacewood burl handle
Steel:
I forged this 2.8 mm Takefu Super Blue stainless-clad San Mai with a hand-textured finish. The convex grind enhances food release and cutting performance. Both steels have been given a forced patina to start the aging process and help you develop your own unique patina over time.
This handmade chef’s knife is a compact, hard-working all-rounder, built for everyday use. The cutting part measures just under 7 inches, offering close control and an easy, natural feel on the board. The traditional hidden-tang handle creates a slim, comfortable pinch grip while maintaining exceptional strength. Light and well balanced, the knife still carries solid thickness behind the heel, giving it the strength and confidence needed for tougher jobs.
