One-of-a-Kind Handmade Damascus Chef's Knife
Hand forged • Random Pattern Damascus • Desert Ironwood Burl • 60 HRC
A truly one-of-a-kind handmade chef's knife, forged from my own random-pattern carbon steel Damascus made from 1095 and 15N20 steels.
With approximately 120 layers, the Damascus pattern is created through a traditional forging process, producing a distinctive pattern that makes every blade completely unique.
The convex grind provides good food release from the blade.
The handle is crafted from Desert Ironwood burl, a highly durable and naturally beautiful hardwood known for its exceptional strength, hardness, and distinctive figure.

Care & Maintenance
This knife is made from high-carbon steel Damascus and is not stainless. Some care is required to keep the blade in its best condition.
After use, wash and dry the blade thoroughly and please follow the maintenance instructions. Avoid leaving it wet or submerged in water.
I recommend you use my Knife wax for regular maitenance: Handcrafted Food Safe Knife Wax
With proper care, the blade will develop its own natural patina over time, adding further character to this already unique knife.
A Handmade One-Off
This knife is individually forged and finished by hand, so the Damascus pattern, handle figure, and overall character are completely unique.
