This 7″ knife is made from Chestnut burl and damascus steel.

Steel: Hand-forged(in whiltshire) ladder Damascus( 1095 +15N20) , convex grind for better food release.

Handle: Japanese style construction. Stabilised Chesnut burl, black G10 and Nickel spacers
