One of a kind handmade chef's knife.

This 6″ knife is made with Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai and a beautiful Amboyna burl handle

Steel: I forged the 3.5 mm Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai to give it some texture. Convex grind for better food release. There is a forced patina on both type of steel which will help you build your own as you use the knife. This is a smallish all rounder, It's light but there is good thickness behind the heel for tougher jobs
