This 8″ knife is made with Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai and a beautiful Amboyna burl with nickel silver handle

Steel: 3.5 mm Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai. Convex grind for better food release. There is a forced patina on both type of steel for this knife which will help you build your own as you use the knife. please follow the maintenance instructions 

Handle: Japanese style construction. Stabilised Amboyna burl with Nickel silver
