One of a kind handmade chef's knife.

This 6″ knife is made with Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai and a beautiful Amboyna burl handle

Steel: 

I forged this 3.5 mm Takefu Super Blue stainless-clad San Mai with a hand-textured finish. The convex grind enhances food release and cutting performance. Both steels have been given a forced patina to start the aging process and help you develop your own unique patina over time.

This knife is a compact all-rounder, measuring just over 6 inches. The slim handle makes it especially comfortable for smaller hands. It’s light and well-balanced, yet retains solid thickness behind the heel for added strength when tackling tougher tasks.
