This 6″ knife is made with Takefu super blue stainless clad San Mai and a beautiful mystery wood burl handle
Steel: I forged this 3.5 mm Takefu Super Blue stainless-clad San Mai with a hand-textured finish. The convex grind enhances food release and cutting performance. Both steels have been given a forced patina to start the aging process and help you develop your own unique patina over time.
This knife is a compact all-rounder—light in hand yet with solid thickness behind the heel, giving it the strength needed for tougher tasks.
